1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ZeroTrustTransfer service, published by Kioroeya. They apply to any user creating an account on zerotrusttransfer.fr.

2. Service Description

ZeroTrustTransfer is a secure file transfer service using end-to-end encryption (E2EE). The server can never read the content of transferred files.

The service enables:

• Sending encrypted files via a unique link
• Secure document sharing
• Digital vault management

3. Registration and Account

Users must provide a valid email address to create an account. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and all activity on their account.

4. Plans and Pricing

Free plan: up to 10 transfers per month, limited file size.

Pro plan (€29/month): unlimited transfers, extended file size, advanced features.

Prices are in euros, VAT included. Payment is by credit card.

5. Duration and Cancellation

The subscription auto-renews monthly. Users may cancel at any time from their dashboard. No pro-rata refunds are issued for partially used periods.

6. Liability

Kioroeya commits to providing the best possible service quality. However, Kioroeya's liability cannot be engaged in case of force majeure, network failure, or misuse of the service.

The user is solely responsible for the content of files they transfer. Any illegal content is strictly prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All service elements (brand, logo, interface, source code) are the exclusive property of Kioroeya.

8. Personal Data

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

Kioroeya reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of any substantial changes by email.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.
